Hello! I’m writing three days late this week. My debut non-fiction book, REAL SELF-CARE comes out on Tuesday, and things over here are, in completely technical terms, a shit show.

Lest this note take the form of “boo hoo, I wrote a book, and now people want to talk to me about it” (as my psychoanalyst would say, my personality is one that is really great at turning success into oppression…), I’ll spare you the sob story.

But, it’s gotten me thinking about how we respond to transitions, and the cycles of things, and what we can do in those times to hold onto ourselves.
